The most recent work, which Martin has done for us, was Hard Landscaping in our large garden. This included laying paths with Indian stone flags with some associated areas with pebbles set in cement; ramps of a similar appearance in place of steps, to make access with a wheelbarrow easier in our sloping garden; laying a complete patio area with Indian stone with a pond feature and Waterfall and a fire pit; replacing a large old paved area which tended to flood at the back of the house after putting in a land drain to solve the problem (this is now excellent); topping some stone walls with Indian stone coping and realigning a fence. Martin has worked on our house and garden areas for about 15 to 20 years and has previously done roof repairs, block paving, replacing a utility room wall, windows and doors, and his workmanship in recent and past jobs has always been excellent. He is a very careful builder and has a really good eye for how things look best and his advice has helped us on many occasions. He is a true professional; he always has a solution to the most trying problems and when he gives a quote he sticks to it and produces work of high quality, and what is important, his work stands the test of time. Martin is always cheerful and pleasant to work with. He is completely reliable and we have complete trust in him. I have no hesitation in recommending both him and his superb work.
